What’s Next?

Over the next week Kickstarter will be collecting funds from everyone, and in about 2 weeks I will be sending out Backer Surveys to all those who’s payments successfully went through. I may send out the survey a little sooner, but I'm actually moving tomorrow morning and will be working on getting my life back in order over the next few days :D I may not have full internet access until the weekend, so I figured once everything is a bit more calm, I can sit down and (take a break) work on the survey stuff I will.

What's NEXT Next?

As I mentioned in one of my emails / updates I wanted to say this was my last planned Kickstarter for awhile. I do have a themed project I want to start working on at the beginning of next year, something I've wanted to do for a loooong time.... An Alice in Wonderland x Creepy Kawaii crossover! But this one is going to take some time if I'm going to do it right, and that means I may have it next Fall, or may even wait until Spring 2026 depending how my 2025 Expo season goes for me. If you are interested in that, be sure to follow my socials!

I Decided to Unlock Ax-olotl!

Good morning everyone! I have decided to unlock Ax-olotl and self fund whatever amount is left after the campaign ends just because I love the mysterious lil guy so much, and with all the work I put into prototyping him, it just seemed silly to be so close and not have him be available for the next year. So please, if you can (or want), add him and/or other add-ons onto your pledge to help ease that final amount <3.

That being said, unless some miracle happens, Locke will not be going into production this round, but maybe I'll do a reprint in the future. I don't have another Kickstarter planned for at least another year (maybe more depending on how 2025 goes with vending), but we'll see. I already have a special theme I want to do for 2026 in my head, I'll probably be announcing that here once the project closes!

If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask! And of course, please continue to keep sharing the page on your socials! With me self funding now, my marketing budget just got a whole lot tighter.

I am excited to annouce that Cerin the Spirit Catcher funded and will go into production! Yay!!!

Next up is Sid the Ax-olotl at $12k, and I am pretty confident we can get there with 9 days left! 

Now a "Project We Love" and New Stretch Goal Amounts!

On Wednesday, while I was closing on my new home (exciting, and MANY years in the making!!), I was awarded a "Project We Love" Badge from Kickstarter! This marks my 6th PWL project in a row, and I am so thankful & honored for the recognition! I would have said something sooner, but my life has been chaos since I got the keys (but let me tell you, as a single parent who has worked to get to this point for YEARS all by themself, it feels GOOD)! 

I also have more great news! I have done some number crunching and I have determined that I will be able to safely adjust my stretch goal amounts to help them be more achievable!  Cerin will now unlock at $8k (only $131 away at the time of this writing), Sid will unlock at $13k (was $15k), and Locke will unlock at $17k (was $20k)!! Given the Kicktraq predications I follow and way things go on Kickstarter in the last week-ish, I think these goals will all be unlockable, especially with me continuing to push the project on my socials, and I am now doing some paid ads on FB.

Steadily Climbing and How to Access Add-Ons

We are steadily getting closer to unlocking the next stretch goal, yay! I have had a few folks say they couldn't figure out how to add on some add-ons to their pledge, so I wanted to record this quick(ish) video on how to do so, at least on a PC. I'm not sure if this also applies to mobile/tablet/app, but you should be able to go into the "Manage" section of your pledge to add things on as well.
