Good morning everyone! Everything appeared to be fine on the Smoke Test, so I just sent out surveys! They will be mailing out over the next 30 minutes or so, but if you don't see your survey in your email (check your spam), you can also access it at https://pumpkin-and-pals-a-halloween-plush-kickstarter.backerkit.com/
Surveys will be live for about a week, and will lock on Dec 10. Cards will also be charged on this date. Because I had almost $1000 in errored/dropped pledges this round, I am asking that everyone please only add things on to their pledge if they can, and please make sure your cards are up to date. Even if you don't add anything new on to your survey, your shipping costs will still be charged on the 10th, and I will not be able to send out rewards if shipping isn't also fulfilled. If you were one of the folks who had a errored/dropped pledge (if you can see this), you should be able to access your survey any correct the payment issues (and I hope you will) :)

P.S. Plush is already in production and I plan on sending orders in for the sticker books and other reward items very soon. These items don't take as long to produce, and everything should still be will on track for May delivery.

I wanted to let you all know that I just sent out the smoke test to 10 random Backers to see if there were any issues. If not, I will be sending out the survey to everyone in about 24 hours or so!
All campaign rewards except for the discount deals I had on already produced plush during the campaign will be available in the add-ons section. This includes all the special guest art I commissioned other artist friends of mine (and my son) to do for this project. This will be THE LAST TIME to get the guest art and other Kickstarter exclusive items, as I will only be ordering the amount needed for those items and won't have them for sale outside of here :) They are also only available for you all in the add-ons section, pre-order folks won't be able to purchase the exclusive items in the Pre-Order Store.

OOOPS! I completely forgot that Backerkit would have Thursday and Friday off this week, and I still need to have a rep look over the survey to make sure everything is good to go. It's not a huge deal, but figured I'd let everyone know. I hope you all have a fantastic Thanksgiving weekend!
Good evening everyone! I wanted to pop in to give a little update and express some transparency out there about where I stand on things.
First, I’m gonna start off with the not great…
As you can see from the amount Kickstarter deposited into my account, I am very much short on funds and the $10.2k raised was definitely not what I had deposited. While I knew Kickstarter was going to be taking out their fees as they always do, I did not count on almost $1k of errored and fraudulent pledges :( One Backer even pledged over $500 & didn’t fulfill their pledge and never responded to any of the messages I sent them. I did report that account to Kickstarter so hopefully they don’t do it to other creators, but the damage was already done on my campaign. A few other backers did respond to my messages after the payment cut off and said they would pay in Backkit, but I’m just crossing my fingers on that.
The “good” news is I did say that I was going to unlock all 3 plush and that’s still what I am planning on doing. Today I put in the order for production to start on 500 pieces each of all 3 plush and even though I am basically going to be self funding a really big chunk of it, there’s not really much I can do at this point other than bite the bullet and just work extra hard on recovering that next year.
In regards to surveys, I am going to be working on those this weekend and hope to get it out early next week. I moved in my new house about two weeks ago and I have basically worked nonstop getting things unpacked since I have. I’m so tired, y’all 😅.
When you do get the surveys, I will send another email out, and I humbly request that if there was anything at all extra that you wanted on the campaign that you please add it now so I can try to recover some of the funds from the fraudulent backers. If you’re feeling extra generous, which is kind of hard for me to ask since you all have helped so much already, next week I will be also offering some special black Friday deals to also try to recover some of these funds.
